Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs (RICE)

At Exploring Graphics, we believe in the power of storytelling through design—and our recent tribute wall installation at the Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs (RICE) is a prime example. In partnership with ID3 Group, we designed, printed, and installed a dimensional piece that honors the lifelong friendship and legacy of H.J. Russell and Bob Holder. The custom wallpaper collage features historic and prominent buildings developed by the two leaders, layered with acrylic and PVC-mounted imagery, including a photo of the pair from 1983. A frosted acrylic quote and a gold Dibond plaque add narrative depth, capturing their enduring impact on Atlanta’s business and construction landscape. As Jay Bailey, RICE President and CEO, said at the unveiling: “A tribute to friendship, vision, and the power of possibility… The story of Herman Russell and Bob Holder—and how these two gentlemen changed the landscape of construction, development, and the way business is done in Atlanta and the South—is truly remarkable.” This piece is more than just a visual installation; it’s a lasting testament to legacy, partnership, and what’s possible when vision leads the way.
